Handgards® is making a small adjustment to our Cook-Chill Bag portfolio as we streamline our product offering. While two SKUs have been discontinued, Cook-Chill Bags remain an important solution within our portfolio, with multiple sizes still available to support customer needs.

     • 304982001 – 6″ × 8″ Pint Size
     • 304982004 – 10″ × 24″ 1.5 Gallon

The 1.5 Gallon size remains available in the 14″ × 18″ configuration.

     • 304982003 – 12″ × 16″ Gallon
     • 304982005 – 10″ × 30″ 2 Gallon
     • 304985037 – 14″ × 18″ 1.5 Gallon
     • 304982007 – 12″ × 16″ Gallon

Please continue to actively promote the available Cook-Chill Bag sizes when discussing applications with customers. These bags support a variety of foodservice operations, including Healthcare, Catering, Commissary, and High-Volume Kitchens. They can also be used for sous-vide cooking when sealed using a commercial-grade vacuum chamber sealing machine.

Temperature thresholds remain at -20°F to 212°F (-29°C to 100°C).
