To ensure consistency and compliance across our product line, Handgards has implemented an important naming update for our nitrile glove color based on guidance from legal counsel. These changes apply to both Valugards and BEK Essentials nitrile gloves and are effective immediately.
We will no longer use the term “Purple” for the following Valugards PF Nitrile Gloves:
HG# 304340331, 304340332, 304340333, 304340334
These items are now officially named:
Valugards PF Amethyst Nitrile Gloves
The color name “Purple” is also being discontinued for the BEK Essentials line:
BEK# 116131, 116132, 116133, 116134
These gloves are now officially named:
BEK Essentials Lavender-Colored Nitrile Gloves
Please begin using the updated color names – Amethyst for Valugards and Lavender-Colored for BEK – in all communication, sales discussions, documentation, and customer-facing materials moving forward.
